During Christmas time, the XIS Geometry students select a polyhedron to build. They cut the outline, fold, and tape or paste to complete the 3-D model.

Also, during the Christmas Holiday Season, the XIS Geometry students learn how to create snowflakes.  They start with a rectangular A4 size paper, fold and cut it into a square, then fold and cut it into a hexagon, then cut it into a snowflake.  All of them are unique, no two are alike.  The XIS Geometry students also learn how to make 3-D stars.  They start with a long rectangular strip of paper, then fold it until it can pop up into an origami star.
