Group Stage: Match 2

In the second match, the XIS Warriors faced the Blue Dragons of XLIS. There were no scores in the first half with a sound defensive effort shown by both teams. However, early in the second half, XIS’ Abraham Kim would score on back-to-back goals to give the Warriors a 2-0 lead. XLIS would score later in the second half on a ricochet goal. Final Score: XIS 2, XLIS 1

The win allowed XIS to emerge from the group stage 2-0. This guaranteed a spot in the Championship match. With Hanova advancing out of the group stage as well, the Warriors would face the Hawks in the Championship Match!
