Earth Science Climates In Earth science this month students learned about climate zones on Earth. The students were excited to make dioramas to help each other visualize the basic climate zones and where they can be found. Each group presented their diorama and gave us unique facts about their zone and some places on Earth…
Xi’an Community Soccer TournamentWhat a great tournament everyone! The weather was perfect and the games amazing. We hope that everyone had a good time and can’t wait to see you again next year for elementary soccer.
In a show of what some may call true grit and determination, XIS Varsity Volleyball returned to the court for their final games of the evening and defeated the XIS Adults! XIS Blue won their second match 15-13 with XIS Yellow sealing their victory with a score of 15-9!

XIS is getting ready for the holidays. Here are some students baking some sugar cookies for STEM club.
In STEM club the past few weeks we have been building bridges and learning about structural engineering. The students used balsa wood and glue to create structures that will try and support as much weight as possible. The bridges held 13.5, 14.5, and 21 kg!! of weight during the crushing. Great Job teams!
